This Cooler is very beautiful..but it is not in perfect condition. Has age related wear and missing spigot, lid and filter. See photos...Cooler is still solid and heavy. Cooler does show hair-line cracks through-out and bottom...doesn’t seem to affect its structure, though. This piece would make a great display piece but would not recommend for vigorous use...unless reinforced
This is an example of the fabulous blue and gray molded stoneware made by the Whites Pottery of Utica, NY between 1890 and 1907. (Christopher Bensch, The Blue and the Gray: the Oneida County Stoneware)
This lovely water cooler is in an hour glass shape. There are fancy leaves coming down and up from the boarders....a beaded boarder and textured center framing the cylindrical middle, the company name in a fancy label and fancy leaves underneath.
Measures Approximately 33" Tall
And Top Rim is 15.5" in Diameter at Opening / 20” Diameter at Widest
Makes quite a statement for it's beauty and size!
