    This auction is for a stunning 1890's Hampshire Pottery Aesthetic Style Pitcher with an Ivy Pattern signed by
    James Scully Taft
    Hampshire Pottery was made in Keene, New Hampshire by James Scully Taft, between 1871 and 1923.
    Includes Gold, Green & Rose colored Ivy Patterns
    and Delicate designs.
    Melon shaped body, cream background and golden outlined decorations
    Marked Hampshire on the bottom and artist's signature is clear.
    A wonderful American antique original.
    Approximate height 8 1/2", width including handle about 8".
    Age-related condition with some marks & scuffs from use.
    Possible paint missing on one of the gold leaves (see pics).
    For over 131 years old, this piece is in amazing shape!
    Comes from smoke-free home.
