: Ana is an elegantly understated shoe, with a beautiful soft almond shaped toe and classic t-bar. What sets it apart is the stunning embellishment on the front of the shoe - handmade by award winning accessories brand Laurel Lime. The embellishment is made from marquis shaped diamante crystals which catch the light when you walk, without being over the top sparkly. These are combined with really dainty gold plated leaves, all bound together with delicately twisted gold wire. There’s been a real trend for botanical designs lately, as opposed to the usual flowers and Ana manages to be girly and romantic yet chic and elegant at the same time.
The shoe is made from soft ivory suede so works really well as a classic bridal shoe, but the embellishment means it’s far from boring, and adds a really nice feature peeking out from under your dress. Being a t-bar, it’s a wonderfully comfortable shoe too as you can just buckle them up and you know you’ll be supported all day.

: A few years ago Rachel Simpson had a shoe called Orla, which was a similar shape to Ana but in satin. Since Orla was discontinued they had a number of people wanting to get hold of a pair, so they created something new but on a similar shape. Once they created the embellishment for the Amalia shoe they tried it on the closed toe and the Ana style was born!
