The vibrating rod should not be bent more than 50MM.
After working continuously for half an hour, the vibrating rod should stop for a while to prevent the machinery from heating up too much and damaging the machine parts.
After using it for a while, the vibrating rod should be checked to see if the threaded connection of the rod head is loose to prevent the mortar water from penetrating the rod, causing the vibrating rod not to vibrate.
When the concrete vibrator is working, the vibrator should be inserted into the concrete vertically or at an angle of 15°-45°.
